Refund And Exchanges

"As per the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), we believe in fairness and flexibility in returns. However, since delivery charges are paid to the courier company, we will be deducting that amount when processing the refund. Replacement charges by the courier are Rs. 400, which will be borne by the customer if the mistake is on their end and by us if the mistake is on our end.
